Pankaj Ranabrought 18+ years of professional experience — 16 of them in L&D — with deep specialisation in Data Analytics and Data Science training. He had seen firsthand how the right training, delivered practically, could transform the way teams work.
Chandan Agrawalbrought something equally important — a deep network of corporate relationships and an instinct for what businesses actually need. With 150+ clients served across their L&D journeys, Chandan understood that most training fails not because of poor content, but because it is disconnected from the real problems teams are trying to solve.
Together, they saw the same gap forming in 2020: Indian enterprises were waking up to AI, but the training available was generic, jargon-heavy, and built for a Western context. Their own core — Data Analytics and Data Science — was being transformed by AI faster than any upskilling was keeping up.
Technovids Consulting was incorporated to fix that. The foundation was their combined expertise in data and L&D. AI became the natural expansion.
